Aaron Judge's HRs leave deep impressions, even on Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred

Judge advanced out of the first round to face fellow rookie Cody Bellinger of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the semifinals. "Everything about today was fantastic". He was voted in by the fans to start for the American League in the All-Star Game. No doubt, many fans want to see Stanton swing away against Yankees rookie sensation Aaron Judge for the title.
Then he took care of Sano, who had upset defending champion Giancarlo Stanton of the Marlins in the second round.
The local favorite was Stanton, the Miami Marlins right fielder who lost to Sanchez 17-16 in a first-round thriller.
Bour was considered a long shot, but pushed Judge to the limit. "It's the only time you can just kind of be free like you're a kid again".
This is the first time that I have ever been excited for the Home Run Derby.
"I had no pressure going into it".
The victor of that match will face either fourth-seeded Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas (25 homers) or fifth-seeded Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano (21 homers). With his big six-foot-seven frame, Judge looks like he should be guarding LeBron James instead of hitting a baseball.
Coming off a spectacular Home Run Derby performance, Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred believes New York Yankees rookie Aaron Judge has the potential to be the face of the game.
In the NY market, the telecast generated a 10.8 rating, making it the highest-rated Home Run Derby in the market as far as records go back (1998). Justin Bour of the host team looked to have given Aaron Judge a bit of trouble by hitting 22 homers but Judge hit 23 with relative ease.
The crowd also seemed exhausted after a dramatic first round in which all eight players reached double digits in home runs, with four matchups decided by one homer.
Sano, who entered the derby ranked 14th in the majors with 21 home runs, nixed that dream matchup. Sono was able to hit 10 homeruns during the final round but Judge answered back with 11 rockets to win the his first Homerun Derby. "I would really like to get the back story".
