The Wildcats got one dose of payback in the Pac-12 semifinals by avenging an emotional regular-season loss to No. 3 UCLA and were hoping to do it again against the Ducks.

All three teams are true Final Four - and by extension national title - contenders, Bruins coach Steve Alford says. The Wildcats looked like the tougher team from the get-go.

Why they'll win it " The Trojans can clinch an NCAA at-large bid with a good showing in Vegas, and it helps that Bennie Boatwright is healthy. If they win it this year, the Bruins are on the path to get even further. Defensively, Arizona State is yielding 81.5 points per game against the opposing teams. Coming out of halftime, the Wildcats were almost unstoppable, stretching the lead to 17.

Torian Graham hit two 3-pointers and scored on a soaring dunk to bring ASU back within 10 (58-48) with 8:17 left. It couldn't have come at a better time for Arizona, who rolled to a 96-85 win over UCLA the following day. "But we just had to get ready and go, and I thought our guys did". "But I think settling in and being more assertive in the second half and having a presence was the difference".

"They've had a very, very good year and we've had a very, very good year".

White's 31 points were the fourth-most by a CU Buff all-time in postseason play. The Wildcats are 3-8 ATS in the last 11 meetings and the favorite is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings.

"We hit a wall in terms of just fatigue or the wear from yesterday's game", Hurley said. "There's no doubt about it".

Lauri Markkanen #10 of the Arizona Wildcats grabs a rebound against Josh Fortune #44 of the Colorado Buffaloes during a quarterfinal game of the Pac-12 Basketball Tournament at T-Mobile Arena Arena on March 9, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Three (Texas A&M, Ohio State and Nebraska) came on neutral sites, and MI came to Pauley Pavilion to play. He can create offense through his catches because he either scores off his catches or kicks it out off the doubles to the perimeter for open shots.

USC's second-half angst was directed at the scorer's table after Enfield removed Stewart when it was announced he had four fouls. He recorded eight huge points off the bench on 3-for-4 shooting.

OR finally looked like the tournament's top-seeded team in the final minutes when Dorsey made a score-tying jumper.

"Let me tell you, they're a tough out", Arizona coach Sean Miller said of Colorado.

Colorado and Washington State split the season series with each team winning at home. He still had a major impact on the Wildcats' victory.

Obinna Oleka had 27 points and 13 rebounds, and Arizona State dominated in overtime to beat Stanford 98-88 Wednesday in the opening game of the Pac-12 Tournament.

Arizona's star-crossed history in Elite Eight games in Anaheim is proof that staying out West certainly doesn't guarantee a Final Four trip, but recent history suggests it's certainly a better option than being jettisoned to another region. Allen, bothered by foul trouble, had seven points, two assists and a steal.

It was the 21st straight victory for Vermont (29-5) - the longest streak in the nation - and the Catamounts will make their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 2012.

It is easy to understand why Arizona wants to face UCLA again, just as it was easy to see why the Bruins came into McKale with something to prove after losing to the Wildcats, 96-85, at Pauley Pavilion on January 21.
