South Korea holds security meeting over death of North Korea leader's brother

Malaysian officials have confirmed they are looking "few" other foreign suspects in connection with the apparent assassination. "Investigation is in progress and a postmortem examination request has been made to ascertain the cause of death", an earlier statement said.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's brother has been assassinated in Malaysia.
Mr Cheong Seong Chang, a senior researcher at the Sejong Institute in South Korea, said that report could have angered Mr Kim Jong Un, prompting him to order assassination of someone he viewed as "real threat" to his leadership.
The NIS cited Kim Jong Un's alleged "paranoia" about his half brother.
"As soon as the truth is revealed, it will have a strong influence on the political situation in North Korea, as well as relations with neighboring states", Ba said.
The police said the man's identity had not been verified. The airport is in Selangor, near Kuala Lumpur. He died en route to the hospital Monday after some sort of encounter at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Mr Kim has always denied having any intentions of taking over the North Korean leadership.
Kim Jong Nam, who died on the way to a hospital, told medical workers before he died that he had been attacked with a chemical spray, according to Malaysian authorities.
It follows the defection previous year of a senior diplomat from the North Korean Embassy in London who has spoken of his despair at Kim's purges.
South Korean's daily Chosun Ilbo reported that it had visited Jong-nam's two properties in Macau's old quarter on Wednesday - an eight-story apartment and a high-rise condominium - but "no one would talk".
For instance, Kim Jong Un has been building up his personal image after their late grandfather and founder of North Korea, Kim Il Sung, to win popularity from the people and to justify the unforeseen power succession.
Jang, the uncle of two rival brothers, was considered number two in power, but was brutally executed a year after Kim Jong Un took power.
Kim Jong Nam's mother, Song Hye Rim, who was a film actress, died in Moscow in 2002 while undergoing treatment for an illness. They then reportedly fled. Kim Jong Nam has been caught in the past using forged travel documents. The death is under the purview of the home affairs ministry, she said. Kim, who was in his mid-forties, was the eldest of former dictator Kim Jong Il's children.
Jong Nam "felt like someone grabbed or held his face from behind", Malaysian police official Fadzil Ahmat told Reuters.
Kim was a frequent traveler to China but had not defected from the North Korean government.
So far there have been no signs of mourning since the murder of Kim in North Korea as they have continued on with the Paektusan Prize International Figure Skating Festival.
"Kim Jong Un said: 'I just hate him".
The death comes a day after North Korea fired a ballistic missile over the Sea of Japan in a test, which interrupted a dinner between United States president Donald Trump and Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe.
