History of casino

Casino so quickly became the part of our everyday life and culture that not many people think about how the history of the famous casinos in the world has started. Regardless of nationality, age, race and country of residence since the beginning of the world people were attracted to gambling and vivid emotions, which gives the games like Lucky Ladys Charm.

Casino is a place where different entertainments are gathered: everyone's favorite poker, roulette, craps, blackjack and of course, slot machines. Usually, casino is associated with incessant nightlife in Las Vegas, Macau, and the lights of the majestic Monte Carlo.

It is not a big secret that gambling houses come to us from antiquity - in ancient Rome and Greece casinos were fairly common. The central city of all casinos, however, was not the famous Monte Carlo, as is commonly believed, but Venice.

The first Venetian casino was organized in the 17th century: it was a place to entertain high society and aristocracy. As a result, after a hundred years, Europe was gripped by this gaming boom.

Almost all developed European countries have started to massively open casinos. Casinos quickly invaded France, the UK, Germany and Italy. The Monte Carlo Casino is the most ancient among others.

It is famous not only by its impressive period of existence but also by the fact that it had never suffered from the mass bans on gambling. Monte Carlo Casino was always free to visitors during the times when most European casinos have been forced to close the doors.

Casino mania moved from Europe to North America. The US casino did not appear until the 19th century, but the roulette tables and slot machines could be found in any counter saloon. Now the US is the gambling paradise with two main centers - Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Not all cities, countries and states, support gambling, however, almost everywhere online casinos are legal.
